You are eligible to request a return for most items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. If you would like to initiate a return, please ensure that the item meets the following conditions:
The product must be unused and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Products must not be damaged, altered, or soiled in any way.
Some items, including personal care products, customized orders, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
Submit a Return Request
To begin the return process, please visit your account and locate your order. Follow the prompts to submit a return request for the eligible item(s).
Return Authorization and Prepaid Label
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. Please note that for refunds issued to the original payment method, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.
Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) and affix the return label. Drop the package off at the nearest authorized shipping carrier location.
Return Processing
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notification confirming that your return has been handled.
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you opted for a refund to store credit, no shipping fee will be deducted, and the store credit will be issued in full.
Refund to Original Payment Method: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted.
Refund to Store Credit: No shipping fee is deducted. You will receive the full value of your return as store credit, which can be used on future purchases.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.
Please note the following items are non-returnable:
Products marked as final sale or clearance
Opened or used personal care and hygiene products
Custom or personalized items
Digital downloads or software
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will process a return or replacement at no extra charge, and no return shipping fees will be applied.
All returns must be shipped from within the United States.
Returns outside of the 30-day return window or not in accordance with the return policy may be declined.
Return requests for items in poor condition or not meeting the eligibility criteria may not be processed.
